Order management covers the lifecycle of a restaurant order: creation, validation, preparation, delivery or table fulfillment, completion and reporting.
In ECTA, this runs inside the restaurant’s own system (WhatsApp, digital menu, POS, QR). It is first-party processing for that restaurant — not marketplace mediation.
There is no public HTTP API in the OpenAPI file for creating or listing orders. Integrations with Zoop, Asaas, WhatsApp and iFood are product features, not a documented public developer API.
