Order management covers the lifecycle of a restaurant order: creation, validation, preparation, delivery or table fulfillment, completion and reporting.
In ECTA, this runs inside the restaurant’s own system (WhatsApp, digital menu, POS, QR). It is first-party processing for that restaurant, not marketplace mediation.
There is no public HTTP API in the OpenAPI file for creating or listing orders. Integrations with Zoop, Asaas, WhatsApp and iFood are product features, not a documented public developer API.
