A restaurant operations API would let external systems create orders, sync menus or read customer data. ECTA does not publish that API in /.well-known/openapi.json.
The OpenAPI document lists institutional URLs: identity JSON, capabilities, platform profile. Use them to classify the company. Do not call them to place food orders.
